<b>National University of Medical Sciences University Management Training (UMT) Program-II</b>

National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS), a Federal Public Sector University seeking applications from highly talented, energetic, dynamic, and career-oriented graduates for a promising career path in the university.

NUMS is offering two years Certified University Management Training (UMT) program to recruit the best available talent, in which the first 3 months will be intensive academic on-site training followed by 21 months of on-the-job training in various directorates/ departments of NUMS.&nbsp;

<span style="font-size: 14px;">However, the transition from on-site training to on-job training as</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px;"> </span><b><span style="font-size: medium;">Assistant Manager (Trainee)</span></b><span style="font-size: 14px;"> on contract basis is subject to performance in the first 3 months training and assessment by the Selection Board.</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px;"> On successful completion of the entire UMT Program of two years, a Certificate to this effect will be awarded to the candidates.</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px;">Subsequently, continuing with NUMS as Assistant Manager will be offered to suitable candidates on the basis of their credentials and performance in the training.&nbsp;</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px;">A fixed stipend of</span><b><span style="font-size: medium;"> Rs: 30.000/- per month</span></b><span style="font-size: 14px;"> will be paid during the first 3 months' period to motivate the participants, whereas during the on-job training period&nbsp;</span><xmp style="box-sizing: border-box; letter-spacing: 0.3px; white-space: pre-line;">Assistant Manager (Trainee), the salary will be offered as per NUMS regulations.
